She was born with three siblings: one brother and two sister. Her initial language was Hungarian, and she regularly trained in the language to become proficient. Bruckner was born in Hollywood California to a Hungarian father as well as an Russian mother. They later divorced. Her paternal grandfather is German. Her parents met in Hungary before emigrating in the U.S. in 1984 through a refugee camp in Italy. She has two brothers. She have two sisters.
